bedroom slide out big problem

2004 Dutchman Colorado 34RL queen bed
The wormgear in the gearbox assembly and engaging sprocket are damaged and replacement parts are not available/ Also, the 5/8 " drive rod is bent.
I am looking to replace all the components, i.e. retrofit with whatever may work.
Any ideas or resources?I live in the Denver area.
The rv is 16 years old and in excellent condition, we want to keep it.
I appreciat any help.

A machine shop should be able to fabricate replacement parts if the original parts aren't too damaged to get accurate measurements from them. I don't have any idea how much that would cost, though.

Go to a pro, show them, ask them.
There are very few rv junkyards that exist.
A pro will know.

I can tell you how to swap it all for hydraulic or even air.
What are you capable of doing on your own?
