No power to outlets
So I lost power to outlets in my 2018 axis 25.2. Whether I have generator running inside mh or outside generator running. Checked fuses and all good. What next

All 110 is out? Or just some/all outlets?
Ie - does microwave or air conditioner work? Or fridge on electric?
If just some outlets, check the GFCI outlet in bathroom.
If all power, need to follow the path to see where the failure is...
- shore cord
- receptacle on outside of RV
- transfer switch
- main breaker panel in RV
Inspection with power off... look for loose connections, signs of heat (discoloration)...
ONLY if comfortable working with electricity, voltage readings carefully with power on.

Fridge microwave and ac all work on house generator. Just the outlets are not working. Checked gfci outlets all good

So fridge, microwave, and ac working says power making its way through transfer switch and to breaker panel...
Try turning off/on each individual circuit breaker - sometimes they don’t appear tripped.
How did you check the GFCI? Typically can’t do a test/reset without power to the outlet..

Any of the TVs working? How many GFCI outlets do you have. THs sure sounds like a GFCI is tripped.

I did just that with breakers. No difference there. The gfci breakers were not tripped. I don’t have testing equipment with me. I’m at a car race now.

Did you buy this unit used and previous owner installed an inverter? Or did you possibly install an inverter?

Did you check the breakers on the generator itself. I'm not sure what model RV or size of your generator, but the 5500 has 2 breakers on the generator. If one of them is flipped you will lose power to part of your RV.

I’ll check but I did try on outside generator and that didn’t work

Something still not making sense...
Testing a GFCI requires power... The test/reset buttons do nothing if there is no power... ‘Test’ throws a ground fault... there can be no ground fault if no power...
Is there power to the GFCI?
I expect (need an Axis/Vegas owner to confirm) that outlets would be on 2 independent circuits... one for GFCI powering at least the bathroom and kitchen, and a second for other outlets (tv, etc)...
Having power to breaker box (micro and ac work) and then 2 separate circuits failing is unusual...
Are we sure ALL outlets are off? Or are we looking at a single circuit failure?
A single circuit could be a dropped connection... start with outlets closest to breaker box and check all connections...
If truly multiple circuits involved, I’m still scratching my head...

sounds like you have a loose wire at the back of one of the first, or upstream, outlets, causing it and all the downstream outlets to lose power...
or
the circuit breaker for that string of outlets has lost it's connection at the breaker, it may be loose as well

Fuses are 12 volts. Circuit breakers are 120 volts. what did you check?? How did you check?? How did you check the GFI outlets. They need power to reset.
Just the outlets are not working checked gfi outlets all good.
So are outlets working or not?? We need to proper information to help you.

You are correct, the Axis/Vegas has a dedicated circuit for GCFI and another circuit for all other outlets. That's why I asked if he installed an inverter. If the inverter was not on, it would explain why only the non-GCFI outlets were not working. My next step would be to use a simple audible tester and start at the breaker checking for voltage and go from there. If one of the wires are loose in an outlet, he will find it that way. Just need to pull each outlet out of the wall and test the wires. Pretty simple, just time consuming.

outlets
Hi
I owned a 25.2 previously and had the same problem. The wall plugs use an auto strip/connect for its wiring. Quick to install and cheap. My first plug in the series (adjacent to the bathroom in the couch area) had a poor connection which took out all the rest. I took it apart and reconnected it. Everything downstream then worked fine.

I also have a 2018 Vegas 25.2 and the outlets stopped working while in an RV Park in Utah last weekend. The TV, refrigerator, coffee pot all stopped working and the wall warts stopped charging my phone and Ipad. The only thing I has was lights. I also checked the breakers and everything was fine. Just for the hell of it, I flipped the master switch off and then back on and everything worked fine for the rest of trip. Don't know what the problem was.

I have a 25.2 Vegas, which is the same thing. I had the problem and I had to open the compartment outside that is next to the drivers seat. There is a fuse box in there that had a blown fuse. I think the fuse was number 72. If that does not fix it, pull out the bottom drawer to the left of the fridge and check the transfer switch.

did anyone check the USE/STORE SWITCH to make sure it was not accidentally hit? and...if that GFCI reset in the bathroom is still under the cabinet above the toilet...it is real tricky to reset...the other GFCI is on the cabinet wall at the Exit door.
In addition, are you on shore power? If so, you may have a problem with your shore power which can affect the GFCI … if you do not have a surge protector on your post or built in.
