No power to radios

I own 2018 Thor Outlaw Class C. While on vacation coach batteries died and the AXM70 Radio screen started flashing - I turned it off. Replaced coach batteries the next day everything powered up except the radios in the cab and garage. I have checked every fuse/breaker in engine compartment and coach distribution panel. Coach power is on. Radio manual says there is fuse in radio. I’ve read on this forum that some have had to pull the dash off and others say you only need the tool to release the radio. If the plastic has to come off how big a deal is it?

Any guidance appreciated,

Thanks,

Jrdaw

You have a keep alive inline fuse.
On my 2017 outlaw, it’s located off the use, store relay which is behind the converter fuse panel. I removed the drawer above the panel for access to it.

Appreciate the information and you were correct there were several fuses under the drawer and one under the fridge. Unfortunately they all checked okay. Thanks

Try resetting the radio. With a paper clip, there should be a tiny hole on the face of the radio.

Thanks. Paper clip reset didn’t work.

Fuses in both radios were blown when new batteries installed. Had to pop the dash facia off but only removed three or four connectors where I could pull out radio. Thanks for everyone’s input
