No power to start engine. 2013 hurricane 34e

Hello All. We are new to full time RVing. Been at KOA since 28 Feb. On shore power everything works. Radio went dead. Disconnected from power pedistal tried to restart coach, no power, no dash lights. Tried to use emergency start switch, nothing. Panel shows house batteries completely charged. Tried to start generator, no power. Checked everything I could think of, no luck. Need a little help, thanks, Kevin

Does it show house batteries fully charged when plugged into SP? Unplug from SP and what does the panel show (true battery status).

Sounds like all your batteries are dead. The emergency start does not work if the house batteries are dead.

Jump start the MH or externally charge the house batteries and then use emergency start to start the engine.

Sounds like you left the house battery disconnect open and the converter was not connected to the house batteries so they died. Now you can't close the battery disconnect, even on SP, because the control power for the disconnect (latching relay) comes from the house batteries.

Thanks for the info on the disconnect switch. I'll put the house batteries on a charger too and see if that works while I am waiting for a jump. I appreciate your feedback. Really new to RV life
