No shore power

I lost shore power this morning. Reset the GCFI in the bathroom and it worked, traveled with the generator. Just tried to plug back in to shore power and it doesn’t work again and resetting the GCFI in the bathroom doesn’t seem to do the trick this time. Help please we’re in the middle of the Sandhills of West Texas and it’s hot. (Generator keeping us cool for now)

Last time I was in Texas (February) it was 14 degrees and the power was out everywhere! TEXAS! Assuming your power cord is not damaged there’s only a few likely culprits. If you have a surge protector try plugging in without it. If not take a look at the automatic transfer switch. It’ll be a rectangular box at the coach end of the shore power cord. If you’re comfortable with this sort of work and WITH THE SHORE POWER CORD DISCONNECTED AND THE GENERATOR OFF remove the cover and check that all of the connections are tight and that nothing looks damaged or burned. Everything downstream of the ATS obviously is ok since it works on the generator and that device is where the two systems come together. It’s almost certainly the culprit. If you’re not comfortable with electrical work a mobile tech probably is in order. Good luck.

The GFCI doesn't have anything to do with SP - it only controls a single string of outlets - so resetting it was pure coincidence (or the vibrations "fixed" the ATS wired connection).

As Pete said, it's probably in the ATS wirenut connections - a known Thor problem area.
