No shore power, generator won’t start etc

Hello, got back off vacation we left our 2018 Thor Vegas 25.3 plugged up at the house. I went to start the RV, it started, on except the Axxera radio/camera and no power from generator and cannot extend the awning nor the one slide out!!! Any ideas, could it be the house batteries are dead? Just two ole ladies in Alabama!!!

Yes, your house batteries are dead. Running the engine "should" recharge them if the BIM/BIRD is working correctly. You can also plug into SP and if your USE/STORE latching relay is in USE the converter will charge them "IF" there are no other issues like a tripped breaker.
