No trap door

I have a 19' Palazzo 36.3, I was going to change the Engine air filter so i removed the trim ring in the master bath and they forgot to cut the trap door, I contacted thor and they are passing the buck and said to contact Freightliner, anyone else with this issue?

if thor put the BOX on and the trim ring panel...one would think its their responsibility to cut the manhole

frieghtliner does not put the frame webbing on or the support structures for the BOX

thats thor that does that

Do a search on the forum. There was a Palazzo owner that talked to Thor about this same issue. If I remember Thor didn’t forget to cut the access.

As I recall, Thor's response was similar to: "The tech needs to cut the access the first time they need in there".

That’s what I remember as well.

I remember that.
I think the post person said it was ten minutes to complete the new hole and he had some hinges or strap added maybe?

Whatever our op decides, he needs to decide this is a handyman for an hour instead of a dealer 4 week vehicle hold.

This is handyman work not dealer work...even if under warranty.
