Likely something simple like a valve closed or in the wrong position... definitely NOT something requiring a trip to a dealer.

First, what type water heater... tankless? Second, how familiar are you with your coach water system... as in knowing how it works?

I have a '20 Magnitude SV34 and while I never had this issues it is a somewhat common problem with Thor products when they run plumbing in a moving a slide.

While they primarily use PEX for the plumbing, they also use flexible hose and fittings in certain places. The flexible hose can kink upon slide movement depending on how and where it was run.

There should be an access panel to get to the plumbing (and electrical) or you will need to remove the drawers, etc. in the vicinity of the back of the Girard Tankless water heater so you can see the plumbing.

Look to see if there is a flexible hose (usually white) on the input side or output side of the back of the Girard Unit and whether there is a kink or sharp bend somewhere causing it to pinch when the slide is open / closed.

And...wear a long sleeve flannel shirt. That gopher hole is hard to reach into and the drawer slides, raw nails and screws by the hundreds will tear your forearms to shreds. Say a prayer and ask for forgiveness in advance for the words you are about to use.

Yep, you are pinching a hose with the slide. The access on my ACE is 7nfer the sink, the way the run and coil the hoses can cause them to bind or pinch if they aren't in the right location.
