2021 Axis, high pitched noise coming from area around sink. Any ideas what it is?

Check to make sure your jacks are all the way up. Probably a warning that they are not.
I have a class C and they put the alarm behind the wall as you enter if the stabilizers were not up all the way. Since your kitchen is near the entry, it may be the same.

Thanks for the jack idea. Noise stared after we had been driving for about 6 hours. Batteries charged. The chase is F350, Ford said not any issues with the chase.

It can still be the jacks. They have a switch that may either out of adjustment or the jacks may have vibrated downward enough to set off the alarm.
Bring them down a little, then back uo all the way. see if it goes off.
