Norcold Refrigerator working on propane only

My 2017 Freedom Elite 22FE has a Norcold that runs on either propane or shore power, but last trip it would only turn on when set on propane. Any suggestions from the Tech Forums community?

Have you checked your 120v outlet?
just in case you don't know, its behind the refrigerator, accessed on the outside of the motorhome
