Note to self regarding low point drains!

Next time, close them before pumping anti-freeze into the system!

I think I pumped two gallons of antifreeze right out the drains. Idiot me...

Similar situation for me this spring. Picked up rig from local dealer after having them de-winterize and couple of other items for me. Backed it up and loaded 60 gallons into fresh tank. Moved back to my regular parking space, and "thought" I'd opened valve to let H2O into the water heater.
Thought.......
I'd actually opened the low-point drain and dumped almost all of that 60 gallons in the driveway before I caught it.

I just did that too! Pulled the low point drains to let out must of the water and forgot to close them before pumping the antifreeze. Lost about a gallon. It normally takes me about a gallon and a half so I’d only purchased two. Argh.

I have done the same in the past. What is even worse is when you leave the bypass for the hot water heater open and fill it. Nothing like foamy hot water.
