Front panel on Windstar

We just purchased a Windstar 29 M and I can’t figure out how to open the front panel. After playing around with the locks, now it seems the upper corners are not flush. Can anyone give me some guidance

Did you mean Windsport 29M?

And by "Front Panel" I assume you mean the hood?

These are easy to get cocked. Keep both corners pushed in as you unlock them and then evenly pull the whole hood out and up.

Yes the hood, I assume locks to the left are unlocked, but not sure
