Wiper module replacement

I need to replace the wiper control module in my Workhorse W20D chassis. know it is on top of the steering column support and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion as to how best to reach it and replace it in my Serrano 31X.

thanks

These ggonout over and over. Mine has 21 k miles and it went out on a recent trip to the Grand Canyon. The next replacement will be my 4th! Any ideas how to get it to quit failing?

The problem according to the module manufacturer is that the wiper motor can draw up to 90 amps. This will most likely happen on a dry windshield. They recommend to Thor a long time ago to install 3 relays between the module and the motor. If you do that it should solve the problem once and for all.

Super helpful! This would be our fourth one, so this could make a big difference.
