Bedroom door issue

Folks, I have the 2 piece sliding door between the living room area and bedroom. The door use to close and the second half of the door would stay closed behind the first. This trip we would close the door and the second door would continue to follow the first and then leave an opening on the rear end of the doors. Hope this makes sense but it is like a locking or stop device for the second door has broken or come loose somewhere. But I can't find what would control the stopping.
Any ideas? I'll try to get a couple pics if necessary.

Look on the bottom rail of the door. There is a groove in the bottom with a slide type stop. May have slipped out of the groove. Hope this makes sense!!

One more thought, the bottom bracket may be loose as mine was. Had to move it an inch to get support for screws

Thx for the reply but unless I misunderstand "the bottom rail" I do not have one. My door hangs about 3 inches off the floor and hangs from the top only.

There is a single point "stopper" probably attached to the wall the doors slide even with, that rides in the groove on the second door (the one closest to the wall).

Thanks for the ideas. It was the second door bracket on the bottom had become loose and screw fell out. Can't believe Thor expects that door bracket screw to stay there when 1 screw was thru 1/4" or less paneling!!!
To keep from moving bracket went ahead with a small toggle bolt. Hopefully that will hold it.
If it happens again may have to move over inch or so to hit nothing but stud. Thx, Dennis.
