Outside kitchen light always on

We have a 2019 windsport 29m. Once the house power is turned on the overhead light to the outdoor kitchen is always on. I have searched everywhere for a switch (I found the hidden switch for garbage disposal I had no idea it had). No wall switch, no pressure switch, no switch on the light housing? Am I missing something somewhere or is this how it is?

Thanks,
Chris

Now it could be they installed a fixture w/o a switch.
Not surprising though...

Thanks for the pic. Looks like they installed the wrong type of light. Something else to add to the punch list when we take it in.

Can you take a pic of your light

Is it the same as the lights in your cargo bays??

Yes, it’s the same as the cargo bay lights. No switch, but not connected to cargo bay circuit. RV in storage right now. No close by for a pic.

Light

Mine was the same on my 29 m Hurricane, probably why the batteries were dead when we first looked at it. I ended up cutting the wires to disable it and replaced it with the same light but with a switch. Got the light on Amazon for about $12

Is it perhaps a "pop" light where you press the lens/globe to turn it on and off?
