Outside light won't shut off

2017 Windsport 34j. Outside light stays on 24-7. I don't really want to take it back for a little problem. I'm sure the problem is either in the switch or the light fixture. Anyone know how to open up the switch? Seems like I need to pry the cover off, but it just feels very delicate. Anyone else have this problem? Thank you!

Did your coach come with RapidCamp and if so, did you try shutting the outside light off from that remote?

Glad that worked out for you. For some reason, when the light is turned on with RapidCamp, it has to be turned off with it also. I assume there is a switch inside somewhere near the entry door but not 100% sure as I never checked.

I can speak for a challenger. The wireless relay for the rapid camp is under the bed where the rest of the electronics are. I assume the switch by the door is on one circuit while the rapid camp triggers the relay under the bed and remains on until the relay is shut off by using the rapid camp again. One of these days, I am gong to go through the entire coach and picture document where everything is (for the challenger that is because it's the only RV I have )

And we’ve been puzzled by this same issue all day today! Thanks for letting us know how to solve it!
