Overhead bed won't raise

As seen in other post, the overhead bed in our 2016 Challenger leaks down on the drivers side when it sets awhile. Normally I lower the bed, hold the switch for several seconds, then raise it, hold the switch again for several seconds,then replace the pins. Today, bed will not retract. Can anyone advise where the reset switch is?
