Overhead Bunk not Level

I have a 2016 Challenger. I started putting the bed down and didn’t realize one of the safety pins was still in. The bed started coming down crooked. Any idea how to get it back to level?

Same here. I have not fixed mine yet but will soon.
Heard to lower all the way down

Mine goes up even just hold button

Just raise it back up. Pressing the up rocker twice in rapid succession will reset the controller if it did not move on the first try. Finally use the two person method. One presses the up rocker and the other pushes up on the lower side. The bunk must go all the way up for you to reset the controller. When you get it all the way up hold the rocker for 4 to second seconds to reset the controller, then lower the bed slightly to remove the both pins. Next raise the bed completely up to reset the controller by holding the rocker for 4 to 6 seconds. The bunk needs the same care as the slides.

I have an older coach without electronics, except what I felt necessary to install. I think there are 22 rockers switches throughout my coach. I assume the BMPRO would work the same with the LCI slide and bunk controllers as the key and rocker switch. It would be irresponsible for me to comment on something I know nothing about.
