Overhead bunk not working

Hi: We have a 2018 Thor Vegas 27.7 with the drop down overhead bunk. As of this AM it won't budge. E brake on, on generator power, engine off, captains chairs back, key in the on position on the control switch...nothing. I recently had the bunk down (cleaning) and it seemed to work fine. Raised it up, no grinding or pieces flying. Any guidance? Where is the fuse for it located? Is there another electronic controller like the slides where I can see an error code and possibly reset? (we had an issue two years ago with the main slide not fully retracting and I researched and found the electronic error code). Is there a manual method to raise and lower. Of course this happens as we're trying to sell it -

Not sure about the Vegas, but my Challenger has a control module for the drop down bunk located in the storage compartment above the dashboard. Same controller as used for the slides.

Thanks. That was my next stop given my history with the slides (motor jammed and burnt out).

Stupid question. Did you remove the locks?

In my 2015 Vegas 24.1, the bunk controller is behind a false wall on the left side of the inside of the cabinet above the sink. Here is a pix.
