Paint match?

Hello all, I need to do some touch up on the 4 inch sewer pipe bumper on my 2017 Four Winds 26B and was wondering if anyone knew the matching tan paint number or manufacturer code.

Thanks, Phil

Thor CS should be able to send you those codes. I got them from Thor just after purchase for future use. Been lucky so far.

If your color has been identified as Champagne 8321 from Industrial Finishes in Elkhart, IN, been down this road. The paint has too much grey and not enough red pigment so you won't get a match.

In my case, I would have to paint the entire back of the RV and replace the graphics for it to go unnoticed. I abandoned the project - for now.

That is the color they called out. I just need to touch up the 4 inch bumper that has a small rust spot on it

Can you get a chip of the paint? Many paint suppliers have a color match “ eye” that can match your paint
Another suggestion paint the entire bumper in an antique white that will go with just about any color scheme

I may have to do that. It’s not drastic but I do have a rust spot on the bumper that I would like to protect.

Champagne here also, found a krylon spray paint that was real close to match. Sprayed on a piece of plastic then used a foam brush to apply to small scratch on the bumper. Real close, and definitely not as noticeable as the red scratch i left with the mower

(And also only 2.99 on sale @ Menards)

Call around to your local auto body paint suppliers, ask them if they can scan a color and take in one of your outside cabinet doors, several of the places I went wanted to do a custom match and wanted a week and $70.00 for the custom match plus the price of paint, I found a supplier who did a scan on the spot and mixed it up wile I waited but in the end I got a pint of a perfect match in a Polyurthane, add the harder and the reducer and out the door at $85.00, they used a base color for a Ford color and just added colors to get the match, I am in California so I am sure you can get a much better price in a different state

Is that Bassman as in bass player or bassman as in fisherman? I am a musician too and play guitar, electric and electric upright bass as well as banjo and dobro.

On the other side, I am also a fly fisherman! Small world we run in.

FloridaPhil, my wife said I am tone deaf so I stick to fishing instead of music, my oldest daughter moved to Florida and wants me to fly out, she keeps sending me clips on the local fishing
