Refrigerator not working

Have a 35sk that has a residential fridge. Lights work, fan works, but freezer and fridge not cooling. Tried being plugged into shore power and with generator running and still nothing. Any ideas?

Brand new to you or did this just start? Sounds like freon has leaked down to point compressor lock out has engaged or compressor has taken a dirt road.

We bought new in 2014. I've changed the fan in 2016 but haven't had any other problems since.

If you have power to the fridge then what Gritz said.
Otherwise, find out why you have no power to the fridge, like maybe a breaker open or GFCI circuit popped.

Turn it off and back on, listen for the contacts to close

I would think that maybe you just haven't turned ON your inverter...maybe.

The lights and fan are working...he's getting power. Compressor not kicking in.
