Power awning

My awning won’t deploy. Fuse is good . Worked fine two weeks ago. Anyone have any advice? It is raining, would that effect it.

Did you take your key out of the ignition?

Try hitting the retract button...
Why?
It is possible to have It rewind backwards: if the extend button was hit by mistake.
If it does extend: hold the button down until it winds itself all the way back in.
