My crystal ball is a little cloudy today.

Maybe you can fill in details like Year, Make Model of RV you are concerned with?

Pull the cover off the distribution box and determine which relay is clicking. If you have a chassis owners manual it should tell you what is what in that box.

You “may” have an older or original version of the RV Custom Products Battery Control Center (BCC) in which there are two latching relays (for coach and chassis battery connect/disconnect) and one regular interconnect relay (used to tie the coach and chassis batteries together (under various charging scenarios and for emergency start if the chassis battery fails). There would also be some electronic timing controls for the interconnect relay.......and a variety of load fuses. If you don't see any of that inside your “control box” then it may not be RV Custom. If it is, you can contact them in California and they may share info, or check on line since there are posted schematics and descriptions of the newer versions.....and maybe an older version is still floating around. Search this forum as well.
