Power issue

2009 four winds. Rt side of couch has no power when using shore connection @ 15 amp. GFI will not reset unless gen is running.
With gen running all is good.

Sure its something simple but I cant find it.

Any help please

50amp RV?

sounds like you've lost a leg(side) of power... a loose wire possibly within the shore cord or the adapter

Or the ATS.

yes, agreed, it 'could' be the incoming Shore power to the ATS, where one 'leg' has loosened up and is no longer 'tight'.

Hello to all that replied and thank you. I am new at this so bear with me and a little overwhelmed. Burt you put me on the right track.
I did discover the 50 amp cable connector to the coach, the only wire that was secure was the black, other were loose. Green and red were touching and signs of arching. White was also loose. Stripped every thing back and made a solid connection.
Did the happy dance, thanks to all of you.
Now if I could tap your knowledge base? Need a screen for side window and a ladder.
Screen missing. Ladder is broken off as it goes over the roof. No help from local community. Thank you once again. MEE

You've probably got 3 choices on the screen:
1 - Order from Thor through a dealer
2 - Find one in an RV salvage yard
3 - If you know the exact measurements you may be able to find a "Standard" one online.
