ATF III is correct I do know napa, autozone carry it but you can also get it from and international or freightliner dealer and most autoparts stores.
dextron vi is a full synthetic fluid used in newer transmissions like the gm 4l80, I would not use this in your powering steering even though the bottle says reverse compatible with atf III it might cause leaks in the gearbox shafts.
