we park the rig n the slide went out but will not retract or go out further also the AC control panel stop working

Need a little more information like make, model, year.

If your control panel is out and your slide won't retract, make sure the Use / Store Switch is in the USE position. Sounds like you don't have 12V.

Also, depending on the coach it may need to be running to extend / retract the slide.

Is that A/C as in air conditioning?

Are you plugged into SP or just using the house batteries/

The slide and Air Conditioning control have 12 VDC from the house DC buss in common: dead batteries, tripped DC breaker, multiple blown fuses.
