Tank heaters inoperable

Hi. Newbie here. Have a new Delano with tank heaters that have never worked. Dealership (General RV-Richmond) and THOR service no help.

Want to take reasonable precautions to use RV through the winter.

Anybody else have a newish THOR with tank heaters that are not operating?

What do you mean by, "no help"?
Are they refusing to fix it; or do they simply not know how?

If the ambient temp isn't below a certain temp they don't come on.
How do you know they don't work?

How aren't they helping?
You either have a service appointment or you don't.
