The only dealership in our area is a Camping World that I'm not too impressed with. Where are you all going to get your RV tires? Of course, I've checked all of the "normal" tire places and they don't do RVs.

How about tire places that cater to trucks?
Alternately: buy them online, and take them somewhere for mounting and balancing...

(As long as you know the tire size and load range you need: it's all over except for the choosing and paying part...)

I live near a town with a 2400 population that's 47 miles from the nearest traffic light and we have two for sure, maybe four, places to buy tires. If they can't do the mounting they'd sure tell me who could.

I don't think we're going to understand the question because there is no difference in an rv tire versus a passenger truck tire, or if you're a pusher no difference than any large vehicle. Downtown Washington DC might be a day wait for mtrk's but your home state and its dually trucks is not representing what you said about tire places.
(we have no information about what your rv is)

What reason did they give for not doing tires and what don't you like about the cw that would affect a tire? When you asked those who said no 'who does rv tires locally', what were you told?
Except on-line as wisely suggested by Bob (but if they don't do rv's they sure aren't going to mount your tires) you need to ask locally if you're going to act locally.

I'll be glad to post links to places that will supply you tires if I have more information. One of my cars uses an obscure, three weeks to round up old stock tires. Your problem might be more related to the old 14.5" metric rims on old Ford cars. It might not be that they don't do motorhomes, you might have 16.5 split rims or something too obscure (my 15" rim 4" wide tires. I'm told I got the last two nos and I'll have to go with Coker next time) to deal with.

Most Ford Quick Lane places can order and install RV tires. You can check prices online at most dealers. I been dealing with Big O Tires (NTB in your area) and they are my preferred place to shop. Only my Goodyear Commercial tire center has a Hunter Road Force tire balance machine that will handle 19.5/22.5" RV tires.

What's to understand? The car tire places in his locale won't do RV tires so he's asking where do others get their RV tires from? Bob had a good answer.

I looked and can get my replacement tires with Amazon prime, delivered for less than a few of the brick and mortar dealers.

And with prime I can have them delivered to the dealer.

Now - getting them installed may be an issue. I haven’t asked the local (45 miles away) ford dealer what they’d charge to mount them... That may be the OP’s issue.

The "normal" tire places that don't sell to RV owners; is probably due to potential liability issues if the wrong tire is installed. (Read that as too light of a tire!)
But if you call ahead, and then bring your own tire of choice to the party:

A lot of places do not have bays and lifts capable of working on RVs. You buy, they buy it doesn’t matter they aren’t capable to lift the RV or work inside. Discount tire, NTB, Sam’s and Costco are generally a no go.

If you are an FMCA member check the tire advantage program they will have tire centers that are close to your area if there are any.

There isn't a tire place in the whole wildnwide world without a floor jack that's used somewhere between often and exclusively.

No vehicle of mine has ever ever been on a high lift to change a tire.
Trailer tires are changed in the parking lot almost exclusively.

We're still speculating on the op who didnt ask those who said no 'then who?'

If you are at Fort Mill SC you can try Snider Tire or Rock City Truck in Rock Hill. There is also a Love’s ServiceCenter. These are all FMCA Michelin Advantage locations.

We have a few around here that do not have floor jacks and will not work on cars that cannot be put on a lift. They state it is due to safety regulations.

with our diesel pusher, which weighs upwards of 26,000lbs, or 13 tons, a 'normal' tire shop or retailer is not going to have the people, the equipment, or sometimes even the room required to handle such large tires, such a large vehicle, and the ability to get the vehicles wheels in the air to change them, especially the rear twins.

A TRUCK shop, though, and I mean SEMI trucks and DUMP trucks, can easily do it.
They handle this 'big' tires all the time, and probably even already have what you need IN STOCK. Their tools are MUCH larger, more powerful, and are more prepared to handle a big rig just as quickly as the retailers handle cars.
Now, on the other hand, to MOUNT your new tires on your existing wheels is another story with these big tires. It's much more a MANUAL and hard labor proposition, as there's no 'tire mount' machine generally found there - it's a hands on process, but they know what they're doing.

I don't know what tire changing machines you've seen but manufacturers like Coats, Nationwide, Atlas and Aston have machines that easily handle diameters up to 50" so a standard Class C, a Class A 19.5" or 22" wheels should be no problem except for lifting it on and off the machine.

I buy my tires for my RV at my local tire dealer. I give him the size in advance and he orders them and has them withing 2-3 days. I paid about $900 for my Thor RV 2 years ago and he installed them.

I went to a local tire store and confirmed that they could supply and replace the front tires on my Thor A.C.E. They didn't have a bay large enough for the coach so they had me park beside their building and had me raise the front wheels off the ground with my front levelers so they could do their work. Thirty minutes later, I'm on my way.

If a local tire shop can't do the work, just ask them for the location of a shop that can. As others have said, most shops that service large trucks have the capability.
