No 12V power to lights/fridge, etc

Quantum RS26
Cant run fridge or lights without shore power or generator.
AND I don't think batteries are receiving charge current under any condition

New batteries (12.6V)
Generator gets 12V and starts
Shore/store switch does nothing (light stays on when on generator or shore, stays off when on 12V alone) Never hear a solenoid click when operating the switch.

At least partial fix

OK....I solved at least part of the problem. I watched this video and now have lights, fridge and shore/store switch operation.

But I never see what I would expect (maybe 14v+) for charging voltage from shore power or generator. The batteries always read 12.6

Another reason why 12v fails is the Use/Store switch.
- either accidentally turned to Store
Or
- the solenoid fails (corrosion or internal failure)

I had to replace the solenoid when I encountered you same issue.
Took me a while to assess, but finally figured it out.

If your rig has a battery ON/OFF or USE/STORE switch, the switch has to be in the ON or USE position for the batteries to receive a charge from the charger portion of the converter. If it's OFF or STORE, no juice is going to the batteries when you are on shore power or generator power.

Anyway, bingo! I hit the Store/Use switch while on shore power, heard the solenoid and the converter fan, and found 13.2v on the batteries. (whew)
