Steering wheel radio buttons

Hey All,

I just purchased a 2020 Thor 24F in the spring.

I noticed that the steering wheel radio controls were not working. When I took it to the RV dealer they said it was a ford chassis dealer issue.

Ford dealer tested the controls with laptop and said buttons are working it is a RV manufacture isue...uggh (run around). It has an Axxera radio.

Does your steering wheel radio buttons work ?

Called the RV back and they are looking into it.

I'm sure they would work with the Ford OEM radio system: with the replaced Axxera radio? Not so much. Is the Axxera radio even wired remote capable? They usually come with a wireless remote (that Thor and/or dealers manage to loose before delivery).

For me the radio was factory installed by RV manufacturer. A remote would be awesome as turning the radio up and down while parked is a PIA.

Just looking for someone to say YES my steering wheel buttons with the Exxera radio.
