Question

Can anyone tell me/explain to me/guide me on how to replace an flat LED ceiling light in a 2017 Tuscany?

What type/model number light is it?

I'm totally unfamiliar.

Flat LED Light re[placement

You have to order a replacement led light the same size. Unscrew those 3 screws and pull the light unit away from the ceiling. The wires will either be connected with a crimp connection or wire screw tops. If they are wire crimped together you can cut the wires and expose the bare wire. You can then twist the wires together from the ceiling to the new led replacement led light (black to black wire and white to white wire) together and use either wire twist connectors or crimp connectors. Push the wires back inside the ceiling and screw the screws back in the new led light to the ceiling. I ordered replacement led lights from amazon. They are very easy to replace. I would order a couple of replacement led lights to keep one on hand as a spare. Before cutting the wires make sure the power is turned off.

Thank you.
I'm surprised they are hard wired vs a plug connection.

Once the fixture is unscrewed, you may find a label identifying the manufacturer and possibly a model number, which will make ordering a replacement much easier.

LED Light Replacement

We have the same lights and are finding that they are beginning to fail after 4 years. I have found replacement lights of the OEM variety available on eBay @ $10.00 each here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-LED-12-...8AAOSwmYxbUN6r.
Last time I looked they were not available on eBay, but I did find them somewhere for around $20 and up.
I also have tried replacing the LED board itself and so far it is working well, although we do not have a long history with them yet to know if it is worth doing. I find the lights priced at $1.85 and up depending on which ones you buy here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-Piranha...72.m2749.l2649.
Take the light apart, use double stick tape to hold the LED in place, add male/female wiring connectors for easy replacement and you are good to go.

Thank you. Good info.
Strangely enough, that light came back on when I activated the "Master Light" switch.
If it goes out again before I bring the coach in for scheduled service, I'll have the tech's replace it.

I recently had a light start to flicker in the bathroom...searched and searched for how to easily just replace the 'led' portion, but found that the whole unit must be unscrewed and removed from the ceiling, and since it's hardwired, you must either clip the connections, or like me, take the route of applying enough pressure on the connection with pliers to allow the wires to then slip out....

I then looked and looked online, with little success...and then decided that just because this unit was having a little flickering affair, while 4 of the 16 leds out, I would just 'switch it' to one somewhere else that we don't use very often.
I found that applying enough pressure, with pliers, on the factory connector allowed me to reuse it again after switching the units.

Now, they both work, and I didn't have to spend a dime, or 'hope' that one ordered would be the correct size, as my coach actually has two different diameter units throughout... the flickering unit now is not used very often and not an issue.

Our coach is five years young, and we've lived in it full time much of it's 'life' : )

but, yes, they should make these easier to simply plug-n-play.

The OP light is a Gustafson RV Puck Light. It took me 6 months to find them - I had to replace 2 of them. eTrailer.com has them in multiple sizes and with center on/off switches.
