I attached a 3 foot Rhino sewer pipe to the pipe that comes from the tank and then attach the longer 15 foot hose, after dumping I spray with a bleach/water solution,(50/50) cap the small and large pipes and am done, works for me.

I would loosen the bolts, they are down stream from the tanks.
