Questions on 1997 Thor

Hey guys, first time posting.
Have gleaned a ton of info from this site.
Just bought a 1997 Thor Residency, been working out the bugs (a lot of them).

Had three main questions:

1. What is the metal on/off toggle switch to the far left of the dash down low (it's not labeled)?

2. There is also an identical metal toggle in the generator compartment mounted to a standard double gang size residential style metal box with a ton of wires running through it. Anyone know its function?

3. My automatic steps do not deploy. I have noticed what I think is the door sensor (a small white fixture that mounts to the door frame white two small white wires) but it appears tray the corresponding part that mounts to the screen door is missing.
Anyone know what that part is?

Any help is appreciated!!

I found out what the toggle on the drivers side dash was, turned out to be fog lamps (not functional).
So I'm getting closer!!
