Radio/Camera won't work while driving

We took our 2017 Windsport 34J out for its maiden voyage earlier this week, and the radio and back up camera would not run while driving at all. The USE switch is on, the reset button was pushed to no avail- still no service. I have reviewed previous posts about the xcerra faulty radios that have been replaced, but before we look into another expense of this nature, I want to make sure I didn't miss a potential do-it-yourself fix for this seemingly common problem. Common sense would seem to tell me that you should be able to use a radio while driving without having the generator running while driving... right? Please help us troubleshoot with all of your solutions. Again- we have checked and ensured the button is in USE and tried the reset button-- neither make a difference.

With our 34J, we had to lightly press the radio screen to get it seated in the dash. I saw the salesman do it on one of the other coaches we looked at. Hope you get it sorted.

I am not sure what the USE button is, but on my 24FE I have to turn on the house battery power switch in order for the axerra radio and camera to work while driving.

So does it work when NOT DRIVING? Like when you are plugged into Shore Power (SP)?

If YES - then you have a disconnect between your house batteries and the DC buss which powers your radio. Not only does the USE/STORE latching relay have to be closed (in USE) but the 50 amp DC breaker that is between the house batteries and the DC buss must not be tripped.
