Radio Silenced On Turn Signal

So I have a 30.2 and when I engage turn signal, the speakers cut out. Please tell me there is a setting some where. This is totally ignorant, lol. My wife dreads lane changes when she is not up front. This gives it away overtime......

If you leave the backup camera on The sound doesn't drop on turns. Other than that if you find a setting please let me know.

What radio unit do you have?
Mine (Jensen RV212T) cuts the radio volume - actually switches to external mic - on rear camera when placing in reverse (or activating the 4 way flashers), but not for the turn signals.

Does it do it for both directions and reverse?
