Radio went out

I was scrolling through the menu of my Jensen radio in my Thor Ace when I saw firmware update. I thought well it's been 2 years maybe I could use an update so I pushed firmware update yes. The screen went blank and I've not been able to get it back on yet it's been about 24 hours any thoughts?

Pull the radio (2 screws) and pull the power. Then repower.

my understanding of firmware update is you must go to their web site and download the firmware to a thumb drive and install it to your radio via usb port. firm ware update is not recommend unless there is a issue with the radio that cant be resolved. call the manufacturer and they should walk you through it. there are several different firmware to chose from , make sure you get the right one for your radio.
