Window shades wont roll up

Not the windshield. I have 2 window shades that lost tension and will not roll up. They are roller shades, like mcd. 2018 Vegas. I tried adjusting the black and white rollers on the end, no dice. Any help?

I had to remove mine, manually roll them up and then reinstall. Works fine since.

The internal spring broke on mine. In 2018 Thor used Irvine Shade Company on my Axis. They might send you a new spring for free.
