Radio & Back ip Camera took a dump

The AXXera Av615BHm radIO and back up camera do not work. I checked the fuses in the cab and under the hood-ALL OK Checked the converter fuses OK. Turned on/off the batt/shore power, on off with radio NO LUCK
WHERE IS THE RADIO FUSE LOCATED???? HELP

My Axxera went south also. Replaced it with a Kenwood Excelon 595. I have a Ford E450. It was plug and play. Took them an hour to have it installed. Went to a local car stereo store. Original rear camera worked just fine. Easy install very happy I made the change.

When mine quit it was because of a loose pin in the connector on the wiring harness. Do a search on this radio and read the posts. They fail for numerous reasons. Many people cut their losses and replace them. If you have time read the thread I started Axxera AV615BHM problem report.

The reset button hole on the radio frame top left corner . We did a reset and everything is working good .

I tried reset many times. Never worked. My screen would flicker which made the radio unworkable. Reset never worked.

We are planning to replace our Axxera radio and saw your post on the Kenwood Excelon 595.
We have three cameras - backup camera and cameras in our side view mirrors.
Do you know if the Kenwood Excelon 595 supports multiple cameras?

Don't know about the Kenwood but your Axxera radio only uses a single video input: the three cameras go through a multiplexer box that selects which feed goes to the radio.
