Rear compartment door

Just took my 2018 Thor Hurricane in for its annual inspection. I am being told that the factory installed a RH hatch on the left hand side. It has begun to swell and stick. For the last two years I have told the dealership that the door has a problem. Any one else had this problem. Both Hatchs have the same parts sticker.

My guess, and this is only a guess, is that the only difference between right and left would be the cutout and placement for the latch and this would simply be for esoterics and not function.

How Do you you associate the swelling to being affected by which door is which?
Swelling is a material thing, not a right or left thing.

And
I'm going to guess the 'inspection' shows a $500 charge for installing the correct door....

Dealership says they are sealed differently on the top or each door, so they don't leak at the top. Looking at it I see no difference in the hatches. The spacing around the door is definitely off.

Looking at pics of a Hurricane I'd say the difference in RH vs LH is hinge position. Hinge should be on the forward side of the hatch. Is this the case for you?
