Refrigerator Diagnostic Test

Hi all, the ice maker in my Whirlpool residential refrigerator (model WRS571CIH201) has not worked since being de-winterized this spring. I want to perform a diagnostic test on the fridge to see what it can tell me. While I can get the fridge into the diagnostic mode, I do not have the info on each test step and what the results mean (i.e. the "tech sheet"). I have a video which is exactly what I need, except that the test numbers don't seem to agree:

I have not had much luck getting support from Whirlpool so far, so I thought I would request help from this community. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Remove the plastic covers from over the top door hinges and you may find the tech sheet tucked into the cover on one side.

Is the ice maker switch turned on?

Thanks for the suggestions. I looked for the spec sheet but don't have covers over the door hinges, but I will keep looking. Yes, the ice maker switch is "ON'. Currently, I am thawing out the refrigerator to see if that helps.

If you have a pull off grille at the bottom front of the cabinet have a look for the tech sheet behind the grille.

Is the blue or grey switch inside the ice compartment turned on?
