Refrigerator Malfunction???

Ok, warning this is newbie new question.....as we just got our Thor 30.2 three days ago. We had to leave it in front of our house for a few days till I secured storage today. Day before yesterday, I the "switch" in "Store" mode. When I got to storage, I noticed that the fridge was hot.......will it not work on gas when in "Auto",even when coach is in "store" mode?

Thanks for any info.

A Norcold NX641 series frig needs 1.2 amps @ 12 volts to power the control board. The control board must be active to run the frig on gas or electricity. The frig requires 3.0 amps @ 120 volts plus 1.2 amps @ 12 volts to run the frig on electricity. If you turn off 12 volt power to the coach, the frig will not work gas.

That makes 100 percent sense. No control voltage, no working fridge. Thanks a bunch!

Some of the newer refrigerators, are three way, LP, 12 volt or 120 volts, but in any mod there must be 12 volts present for the control functions. I had ours wired, so while underway it runs off the inverter on 120 volts, when left in auto mode.
