Creaky floor

I have ‘16 Tuscany XTE which after 1 year (warranty period) has developed a annoying squeaking in the tile floor. It only occurs when leveling jacks are down.
Called Thor and they said tile would need tone pulled and floor screwed down or shims placed between frame and sub flooring. Anyone have similar problem?

New Windsport 29m with similar problem. Planning on trying shims as described but haven’t climbed I underneath it yet. I hear it’s a common problem. Annoying nonetheless.

Thanks for the input. I’ve Looked underneath and it’s quite difficult to get to chassis rails to insert shims. I’ve started using leveling blocks and using jacks only for stabilizing. This eliminates creaks. I’m sure this is going to be difficult on a badly out of level site. As I’ve been told the jacks aren’t for supporting the RV��
