Air vent install

I have a 2017 Hurricane 34J and would like to install an air exhaust vent in the bedroom. It would mean cutting a hole in the roof and picking up a 12 volt supply for the fan. First has anyone done this? How do I figure out where to cut a 14” square hole in the roof and where would I pick the 12 volts? Thanks for any advise.

Contact Thor and get the 12VDC diagram and the roof structural diagram for your rig. You might find it is prewired for an optional but not installed fan.

Thanks everyone for info. I did contact Thor for the electric diagram and roof structure drawings, they sent them pretty much the same day. I was very surprised they answered so quickly, great service. It is doable but really not much room for error so have decided I don’t need a vent in the bedroom.

I was going to suggest it’s going to be a whole lot easier to open a window and set a small fan there.
