Replacement step motor for 2016 citation 24 Sr

We have a 2016 Sprinter citation 24 Sr and the steps have stopped working. The light comes on when the door is open leading me to believe it is the motor which has stopped functioning.
I'd like to order another motor, but I don't have access to the part right now. Does anybody know what replacement I can order? There are quite a few available on Amazon.

Seems like a peek into the manual for your step motor would help you find the right motor. As it is now, we have no idea which steps you have.

Please do me a favor.
Connect an alligator clip from the fram to ground point on steps.
See if that works.
