Rock Chipped Gel Coat

Rock chip in a vertical surface. Need something that won't run. Looking for ideas. I have body putty but it's a black two-part epoxy. The paint is 'Champagne'. Looking for something that will cure clear.

I only know of this because we invested in experimentingwith gel coating out drive lower units and some of my dive equipment which couldn't be powder coated.
