Most likely it is a momentary single pole single throw switch (SPST) If you have a water pump latching relay that allows you to turn the water pump on and off from more than one location the switch should be a momentary switch. All through it has three contacts usually only two are used for this type setup. A ground is momentarily sent to the latching relay to cause it to toggle. If you press the switch a second time the latching relay will toggle again, thus ON-OFF-ON-OFF and so on. This can happen from multiple locations in the RV by simply routing the same pair of wires to each switch.
