Rodent Repellent

OK, once and for all. Fresh Can or Grandpa Gus rodent repellent for winter storage of my Windsport?
Opinions? Thanks

If you mean "Fresh Cab" then YES I'd recommend it in storage areas, under the bed & in or under cabinets, anywhere the little varmints may go. It works & has a fresh woodsey pot pourri scent. It is a bit pricey though for a box of 4 scent bags, but it's worth it.
Never seen nor heard of Grandpa Gus stuff!

The only known repellant for rodents is predator urine. Rodents will not go places where they may be eaten.

Herbal pack tend to work unless you have a severe problem

Plugging any visible openings is a must

If you're around a large ag equipment dealer, drop in and buy what they recommend

I had good luck last year with Tomcat Rodent Repellent Spray around the tires, jacks, under the hood, and in the wet bay. Plan to repeat this year, spraying about once a month. I have also used Fresh Cab over the years under the kitchen cabinets with pretty good success. Using the Tomcat spray, I saw no droppings at all last season. Probably will spray some rags with Tomcat and put them under cabinets this year for good measure and hope to keep the little devils out.

We're lucky. Nugget had a Donk... but we have a Marco. The Darwin theory for rodents is in full effect in our back yard where the motorhome is stored.

Any rodents or small game brave enough to enter usually don't live long enough to multiply. I've tossed many carcasses into the woods...

Predator urine is the one stop solution. Really works.

This is absolutely true. I have used all the major players, but not one was completely effective until I was clued in by a neighboring camper about using predator urine. I contacted the company that was recommended on the internet--Predator Pee--I have no relation to them, get nothing from them, just recommending a product(s) that really do work. Based on where you live and your critter problem he will recommend different animal urine (ex: coyote or fox). For inside I use small canisters that can be placed inside cabinets and drawers (no pee smell) and for outside I get concentrated urine and spray around the ground area (leaves a definite pee smell). Repeat as recommended. Works like a charm. Works for your house too.

Anyone know how to get urine out of a female cat without killing the cat?

So... Our dog has certainly tinkled on every vertical surface in "his" fenced yard. To date, his "victims" include 1-skunk, 5 or 6 young rabbits, nearly a possum (it faked him out playing dead) and 3 bird nests pulled from bushes.

Maybe he needs to eat some garlic so his pee smells more intimidating?

We use Peppermint oil-soaked cotton balls.
They seem to hate it, and we don't!

If you park in your yard, plant peppermint all around your rig. It must be a solid line of peppermint plants. They are easy to grow. No mouse or rat will cross through it. It doesn't need to be very wide. They will not cross it.

I use those little black disposable mouse poison containers. Had a pest control expert at the house once and asked him about it for the RV and house. He said to prevent them from ever coming in block/fill any entry points and then let them eat the poison. Never had a mouse in RV or house ever again.

Forgot to mention.....All of the poison is outside. under RV. Kill them outside, they never make it inside.

For sure!
A couple of dead mice can stink bad enough to drive a hungry dog off of a pile of guts!

I have never had them get in. P.S. Why are you feeding your dog a pile of guts?! LOL!

I use a moth bar from Home Depot in the engine compartment. It’s been working nicely.
