Roof Maintenance 2016 Hurricane

As a newbie to the RV world I see a lot about roof maintenance. I read some MH have a fiberglass roof that only needs periodic cleaning. What do I need to do for the roof on a 2016 Hurricane 35C???

Normally just a gentle scrub spring and fall, and a re-caulk of seams every 3 or 4 years me thinks, also if outside storage a periodic uv treatment.

I just got an estimate for a new rubber roof on our '99 four winds Infinity 34H.
in a word SPENDY! to the tune of 9 coach bucks..... ($9000)

Just a side note, our coach is 16 years young and the original factory roof has reached it's expected lifespan.

Over the last 4 or 5 years (current and prior coach) when I take my rig in for its annual safety inspection I have the dealer do a roof inspection and service if necessary. My prior dealer normally did these for 100.00 (roof service) with specials during the winter months when business was slow. My current dealer does a courtesy roof, appliance and tire inspection with every service they perform.
