Rotted floor below fresh water tank

Purchased 2013 Tuscany 40EX last year. Have found that the floor below the fresh water tank is completely rotted out in one bay area. Is this common and how have people corrected the problem?

Have you looked for a current and ongoing leak?

We have professionals do the work we're not sure of.

Replacing the floor is far too basic of a skill and is known if you own the tools to do it.
If you don't have the tools and associated knowledge, hire a guy. It'll he cheaper and faster and correct.

Don't get waist deep into learning woodworking and structural detail just to save a hundred bucks.

Neighbors used outdoor type marine grade plywood to fix theirs on a high end older rig

The marine grade plywood would be my suggestion as well, AFTER the root cause of the problem the leak or leaks are repaired. My personal issue at this stage of my life is do I have the physical ability to perform the repair? The mechanical understanding for me is not the problem. I have a problem underestimating what my physical limitations are at this stage of my life. Long story short don’t start projects that you are unable to finish as bringing the repair tech a “basket” case always costs more in the long game.
