Does your water pump cycle on when no faucets are open? That would indicate the leak is after the pump.
With the tank empty and on city water supply there’s no leak?
Getting under the tank can be difficult when it goes in first and gets an RV built around it.

Thanks. The straps that hold the tank in place are both loose so shifting is likely. Unfortunately both are loose from behind the tank. One had the screw in it and the other doesn’t so it’s probably loose somewhere under the tank. I was getting the pump running periodically-maybe a second every minute - but I believe that was resolved by tightening up the sand filter housing which was visibly leaking. Leaking stopped In that compartment when I emptied the water tank. Am going to try city water connection to see if it causes any issues. I’ll report back with findings.
Are there any connections on the bottom of the tank? Thanks again.
The picture is the loose straps on top of tank.
