Help with 29fe leaking issues

Hello. I have leaking issues with my 29fe. Water accumulates under the fresh water tank in the base of the wardrobe and under the outdoor kitchen around the macerator. I can see no evident source and it appears to stop when the fresh water holding tank is empty. It’s been like this since I bought it and the dealer “fixed” it once...which means it was never fixed! Any suggestions where to start? Can I get under the fresh water tank? Thanks.

the only time I had a water leak was when I did not use a pressure regulator on the water connection to shore. some of the connections had a very slow leak. I tightened the connection, and now, always use a pressure regulator.

I always use a regulator set at 40 to 45 psi. Is this sufficient? This leak happens even when Using on-board water too.

I replaced a fresh water tank that had a bunch of screws under it. A whole handful. The little ones that are used in the hinges on cabinet doors.

Seen a few that have shifted and cracked a fitting.

Does your water pump cycle on when no faucets are open? That would indicate the leak is after the pump.
With the tank empty and on city water supply there’s no leak?
Getting under the tank can be difficult when it goes in first and gets an RV built around it.

Thanks. The straps that hold the tank in place are both loose so shifting is likely. Unfortunately both are loose from behind the tank. One had the screw in it and the other doesn’t so it’s probably loose somewhere under the tank. I was getting the pump running periodically-maybe a second every minute - but I believe that was resolved by tightening up the sand filter housing which was visibly leaking. Leaking stopped In that compartment when I emptied the water tank. Am going to try city water connection to see if it causes any issues. I’ll report back with findings.

Are there any connections on the bottom of the tank? Thanks again.

The picture is the loose straps on top of tank.
